July 19th – 21st July 2019 Coffee N Cars is putting on our 1st Weekend Camping Show, it will be held in Moorgreen Nottingham, just of J27 of the M1, we are planning to have an auto jumble where we are asking all who come to the show to bring any old car parts you wish to sell and Saturday morning we will have a auto jumble among ourselves as well as the traders who will attend,
Tickets are priced at £25 per person for the weekend, includes camping and entertainment and show and shine entries for both days, there will be awards on both days. limited to 70 pitches,
Day tickets are available for £10 on the Saturday and £10 on the Sunday this includes entry to the DJ and Band in the evening, you will get a wristband for this,

Traders – We are asking this year as its our 1st year to purchase a weekend ticket, this way its helps us both grow with the show, please do not trade on a day ticket, you will be asked to leave..
We are planning a Fun cruise in our cars Friday or Saturday where we have a 15-20 minute drive and half way around the cruise the 2 convoys will cross paths.
This was one I attended for Tim Sisson’s HotRod Picnic, amazing to be part of it, great to see cars american & classic car coming towards you honking n waving. “thanks for the idea Tim”
There will be food and drinks onsite any many more festivities thru the weekend, we have a disco and Karaoke planned as well as some live bands to keep you entertained and dancing,
The main show will be on Sunday but Saturday we will be holding a show n shine also, as well as games and music thru the day, Day tickets are not for traders, please purchase a weekend ticket.

Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance will be in attendance with their stand raising money for their charity, We will help with this by raising some money over the weekend and raising awareness of the charity click their banner below to visit their webpage.

We have Dirty Old Bean confirmed for Coffee for the Weekend of Wheels, anyone who has tasted his coffee’s before won’t forget, to die for ..
Confirmed is the Glass Half Full bar to attend our event, bringing 3 bars for your drinking pleasure, We are fully stocked, they have a dedicated slush machine, Jagermeister machine, ice cold bottled beers/cider, and draught lager and Prosecco straight from the tap and we can select a few beers, ales, cider in advance, so drop us an email and we can request something.
Des Corriette Luddy from Trackzmedia is coming along to take some photos of your wonderful cars.
Koffi 2 Go have now confirmed for the Sunday at the show, making sure our guests have enough refreshments onhand, Andrew will be ready to serve up Saturday if things get a lil hectic for Wayne and His Dirty Old Bean stand.
We now have Hot Dog Bob confirmed for the event and his unique american style Hot Dog Cart.
Burgers 100% beef all my hot dogs are premium quality as well mate imported from Germany 90% pork no mechanically separates meat gluten free, good old Mushy Peas too not out of a tin done the traditional way soaked over night with Colman’s Mint sauce and served with a wooden spoon no plastic
Confirmed for the Show next year are The Crag Rats with their own spin on some Rockabilly/Rock’n’Roll with a great sound, happy to have them on board.
